Week 12
This week is the last week of the course, below is a reflection of how I think I did in the course: Over these few months of this course, I was able to learn from scratch a new European language- German. I chose to learn German because I was fascinated by its history and also because I have family members living in Germany, so I felt intrigued by the language. German to me right now is still quite unfamiliar as throughout these weeks, I have only learnt various simple vocabulary and simple grammar. In the future, I hope to further my learning by progressing and being able to make sentences from the vocabulary I learnt. Looking back at the targets I set myself in week 1, I found that I have been able to achieve most of them, such as being able to introduce myself, identifying animals, order food, understand basic phrases and describe my family members.
